Thats exactly what I did at 2 AM while heading downstairs to get a drink of water. I don't think there is one part of my body that doesn't ache today.
Some helpful hints to avoid falling down stairs:
1. Turn on the lights before heading down stairs.
2. Never leave things (a stack of magazines) on steps.
3. Always grab the hand rail, it's there for a reason!!!
4. Walk, don't run!!!
