Baby It's Cold Outside

When I woke this morning and looked outside, it looked like a picture postcard. The sky was blue and the sun was sparkling off the 30 Centimeters of freshly fallen snow - just beautiful!

Hubby and I went out for a drive tonight to admire the winter wonderland. Some streets were still not cleared and it made for some interesting driving down the more narrow ones but we managed. I took a few photos from the car with my Fuji for you all to have a peek at.

What beautiful pictures.
what a beautiful town. The theatre reminds me of the show Slings and Arrows.

Teach, Slings and Arrows is Canadian if I'm not mistaken. Maybe some of it is shot here in Halifax... hmmm, I must go do some investigating.

Slings and Arrows is Canadian...the 'baby' of the divine Paul Gross (who has beena secret crush of mine since the whole 'Chasing Rainbows' epic *sigh*

but, back to reality here...i took the time to view the whole slide show last night...great shots! Especially loved the old church with the wreath on the door...and where were those beach scenes shot?! so blue!

and don't you love that the tim's christmas cups are so colorful...thank you for that bit of Canadiana!

Thanks thistle, I'm not sure if that was a church or just an old barn disguised as a church but either way, it made an interesting photo. The beach photos were all taken at a beach about 20 min. from where I live.

Blogging and sipping a Tims tea this very moment :)

Thank you Amber and Shadow, pretty but unusually chilly for November.

Thanks Larry :) You could turn the AC way up and snuggle under a blanket and pretend it's snowing...

Thistle, I must say Paul Gross is rather yummy ;)
