4. I get a rush of endorphins and adrenaline after I'm done working out or doing something strenuous.

6. For soldiers overseas and their families, everyday is a day fraught with peril.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to a movie with hubby, tomorrow my plans include groceries and the usual running around and Sunday, I want to go to my niece Ella's 1st birthday!
