Turning the tables - Reader interaction challenge

This week is a  busy week for me.  I am helping plan my baby sister's 40th birthday and am swamped down with the small details that keep getting shoved to the bottom of the list.  So I thought I would skip the usual "Monday Questions" entry, and turn the question asking over to you all.
